I have been missing in action
Lots and lots of stuff has been going on.
But today I want to tell you about my beautiful Nanny.
She passed away on July 31st after being sick all this year.
The above photo is a picture of her and I four years ago at her 80th Birthday party.
I loved her very, very much and she was a big part of my life.
Her funeral is tomorrow and I am looking forward to celebrating her life.
Below is a picture of her holding me when I was just a baby.
She was an amazing woman who had eight children and twenty-two grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. I will miss her very much, but I know she is always looking out for me and helping me.

I am so sorry to hear about your Nan. I am glad that you are seeing her funeral as a celebration of her life and making it a positive. I am very cloe to my Nan too who has been a huge part of our lives and she has been battling cancer for two years now. It is so hard seeing a loved one being sick and feeling so helpless. I am sure you Nan is now out of pain and at peace and has joined all her loved ones up there.

I am so sorry for your loss! I lost my Mom this year so I know what it feels like to have someone as close as that gone forever. She sounds like a wonderful woman - beautiful, strong and kind!
